We deliver across India from our workshop in Salawas, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, straight to your home or project site.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of your order. Made-to-order and custom pieces are handcrafted after you order, so please allow extra production time — the estimated timeline for these is shared with you at the time of order or in your custom-order enquiry.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location and the size of the piece. Larger or bulk orders may take longer to schedule for careful delivery and installation.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order, and are shown before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you can track it any time from the Track Your Order page using your order number.

Delays and address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout, as this helps us avoid delivery delays. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions, or other events outside our control — we will keep you updated if this happens.
