These terms govern your use of the Zavora Handicraft website and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to update prices at any time; the price charged is the one shown at checkout.

Made-to-order and custom pieces

Many of our pieces are made to order in the wood and finish you choose, and custom-order pieces are built specifically for you. Because of this, production and delivery timelines may vary, and slight natural variation in wood grain, colour, and finish between pieces is normal and not a defect.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock/production issues, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product designs, photography, and text — belongs to Zavora Handicraft and may not be reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or delays outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
